Whilst we strive to source the best genuine British leather from which all our products are made without exception, design leather clutch bags, purses, wallets, card holders, phone cases and back covers which take into account all relevant factors, oversee the manufacturing process as closely as possible and offer free or ultra-competitive delivery rates worldwide, all in order to maximise the likelihood of customer satisfaction we do occasionally make mistakes for which we apologise in advance.
One could argue that the true test of a business’s commitment is how they react to a problem.
At Drew Lennox we aim to pass this test with flying colours but
